Sinister Plays: Pokemon Black 002

It had fucking better not be!

Okay, we’d better go after Bianca and Cheren before they get too far ahead of us, who know’s what they’ll say to mom.

We come down to find Bianca begging for forgiveness as she should be.

Strangely, unlike our mother from before our encounter with Truck-kun this woman is apparently a saint and doesn’t mind at all that we started a small war and maybe a fire up in our bedroom. She’s even going to clean it up for us!

Is she some kind of robot?

She is apparently more worried about our meeting with Professor Juniper, so maybe she’s actually a member of the league of sexy milfs.

Thanking mom, Cheren says he’s going to meet us in front of the lab, but Bianca, of course, has better things to do and runs home first.

At least she’s nice to mom.

We’re left alone by our two best friends and mom immediately approaches us.

Oh, I suddenly understand. She wasn’t going to flay the flesh from out bones while there were witnesses.

But now anything’s fair game.

This is it. She heard everything. All the crashes, all the pokemon cries. We’re toast.

What??

And then mom heals our pokemon.

The ultimate dream of an isekai protagonist. A loving and understanding mother.

What is that? Some cult shit? We don’t remember anything like that from 1998!

She gives it to us, but doesn’t explain to us what the hell it is, which makes sense, because she has no idea her son was replaced by a dead kid from another universe who doesn’t understand basic everyday items.

She asks if we’re going to see the professor instead, and then she sends us packing.

The music changes!

Mom may not know that we’re an isekai protagonist, but the birds do. They all fly away when we walk outside.

“Power of science” guy is here, and it makes us feel immediately nostalgic. You’re right, “Power of science” guy, science is amazing. Pokemon are amazing.

Well that’s an interesting philosophical question. We’ll say ‘yes’ because otherwise whats even the point of pokemon at all?

Hey, hey, hey, step back for a second. We didn’t say we were THINKING. Brain firmly in the “off” position.

After talking to the villagers and getting a bit of a sense of the town we head up to the largest building where some guy is standing out in front of it.

Oh it’s Cheren. Sorry, bestie, we literally do not recognize your spite yet. Give it a few towns I promise we’ll start to remember.

Yeah Bianca *absolutely* has ADHD. Don’t worry, buddy, we’ll go play keeper for her. You just keep standing there.

Oh BIANCA has the designated horrible parental figure. We are ready to defend her to the death. Nameless Tepig, get ready to tackle a human.

Before we can french fry her dad, Bianca assures us that everything is okay, and splits. I’m still going to give this guy a piece of my mind.

A mysterious isekai force holds us back from absolutely murdering this guy, so we glare hotly at him silent protagonist style instead, and talk to mom.

At least she’s being reasonable, but I still have my eye on her.

Alright, with that out of the way, let’s go to the lab, and hopefully make sure that Bianca isn’t crying into her knees under a tree somewhere.

She seems okay when we get there, so we head inside.

Sorry, professor, we had to have a fight in our bedroom and then I needed to light a man on fire with my mind.

Juniper tries to introduce herself, again, but Cheren’s like, yeah yeah we know, get on with it. Maybe he’s an isekai protagonist too.

Juniper scolds him about it, because today’s a special day.

The day we lose our virginity start our big pokemon journey, right?

She starts to give us the usual pokemon lecture, which apparently isn’t just a stupid game thing and actually is a rea-pokemon-world tradition for when kids are setting out on their journeys.

Not sure how she can tell, but yeah, Professor, that surprised us, too.

Not sure how she can tell that either, but we’re glad because the last thing you want in your pocket is an angry fire pig that hates you.

YES!! FINALLY!!
